Emma Lincoln-Smith

Meet Emma, one of your new ATHLIV trainers.

Emma is every bit the world class athlete. Talented across multiple sports, Emma came to the sport of skeleton through a competitive background in athletics and surf life saving. She competed at the 2001 and 2003 Australian Youth Olympic Festivals for athletics, and won bronze at the 2004 Australian Surf Lifesaving Championships for the beach sprint. She went on to compete in the Women’s Skeleton at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver 2010.

Emma’s workout is Fire & Ice. A fusion of cardio and resistance, this workout is both innovative and creative. Fire & Ice is a 50/50 split of cardio and resistance exercises, unlike any other workout. The cardio will make your heart race, the resistance will make your muscles burn.
